The mission of Baltimore-Luxor-Alexandria Sister City Committee is to foster international cooperation and understanding, and the sharing of information, knowledge, and technology, between Baltimore and the Egyptian cities of Luxor and Alexandria. To fulfill this mission theCommittee develops and promotes cross-city exchanges of individuals, groups, and organizations in the areas of business, technology, medical and life sciences, housing and urban development, culture, and education.
